Who I am

My name is Micha, and I'm currently working at Leonardo Belgium as the QHSSE Manager (Quality Health Safety Security Environment).

Next to that I started to help organizations in the aviation sector.

I am an experienced aeronautical engineer in the Aircraft Maintenance Industry and in a CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) environment, working as Civil Authority Inspector and auditor, for more than 20 years.

I worked with Complex/Non-complex aircraft used in private and commercial environment, in HEMS, on-shore and off-shore operations.

I’m a qualified auditor with expertise in Aviation Maintenance, Continuously Airworthiness Management and Quality and Safety Management (systems).

Next to that, I’m also flying helicopters and am I recurrent trained on EASA regulations, Human Factors, SMS and aircraft technical matters.  I am also a certified prevention advisor.

This, together with my passion in aviation, makes me your perfect partner.
